I am so excited to reveal a custom brand and Showit website for my incredible Artful Branding & Website client, Emma Farr Photography.

Emma specializes in fine art wedding & portrait photography with touches of Southern charm and refined European sophistication. Together we created an intentionally layered brand that will grow and evolve with Emma’s work for years to come!

One of my favorite elements of Emma’s brand is this gorgeous Toile du Jouy that we used as a brand pattern. Toile de Jouy is a type of fabric with a scenic pattern, typically featuring pastoral scenes, historical events, or other intricate designs. It originated in France in the 18th century and has since become iconic for its delicate motifs and timeless elegance. This fabric is often associated with traditional French country style and was the perfect European touch.

Goals

It’s always my goal to learn about my client’s process and their long term vision before I make any design decisions so I know the brand will solve a problem for them and truly attract their ideal client. Our project goals included:

• Crafting a refined brand identity with touches of Southern charm and European sophistication, reflecting Emma’s style and warm personality. Emma was seeking a brand transformation to align with her elevated imagery & client experience.

• Develop a versatile brand suitable for weddings and portrait offerings, granting Emma flexibility to pursue both. We tailored her website to focus on her wedding experience but also built out a portraits offering page to enable Emma to serve clients beyond their wedding, capturing their subsequent milestones.

• Design a comprehensive Showit investment guide to easily showcase the level of experience Emma offers her wedding clients and present her wedding collections showcasing deliverables, investment details, destination weddings, process, engagement sessions, and albums.

For Emma’s website we started with a Showit template and completely customized it from top to bottom to fit her new brand. From multiple wedding gallery features, to a comprehensive portraits page, to a wedding experience page so potential clients can scroll through her wedding experience and offerings- no detail went untouched. The result is an elevated brand and polished website that will grow and expand with Emma’s vision as her business continues to evolve.
