I am so excited to reveal a custom brand and Showit website for my incredible Artful Branding & Website client, Aubrey & Brandon Visuals.

Aubrey & Brandon Visuals are an award-winning Chicago Based fine art wedding photography & films team. Named one of the best photographers in the Midwest by Wedding Sparrow. They offer a distinctive experience that combines the artistry of fine art film photography and cinematography with an editorial approach, resulting in refined, timeless imagery.

Aubrey reached out to me last fall looking to take her brand to the next level and officially add her husband to the business. This full service project involved a name change and a complete rebrand to reposition the brand to reflect the high end wedding experience @aubreyandbrandon offer their clients.

Aubrey & Brandon first came to me with a brand and website they felt no longer reflected the quality of her work, clientele, and overall vision. After taking one look at her incredible fine art imagery, I knew we could create a brand and website that really reflected their wedding experience and position them to attract an elevated clientele. Together we created a completely new experience for their couples from a custom brand, to a beautifully designed investment guide, and a comprehensive Showit website.

Goals

It’s always my goal to learn about my client’s process and their long term vision before I make any design decisions so I know the brand will solve a problem for them and truly attract their ideal client. Our project goals included:

• Aubrey first came to me wanting to transition away from her current business name to Aubrey & Brandon Visuals. Along with a new name, we focused on creating a strategic brand identity that allowed for growth.

• Position Aubrey & Brandon to attract high-end planners in the Chicago market. We achieved this by designing a custom “For Planners” page on their site that they could use to convey the comprehensive wedding experience they deliver and illustrate their differentiators to high-end planners.

• Develop a brand and website that seamlessly integrates Brandon’s videography, presenting Aubrey & Brandon as a comprehensive wedding experience. This will draw couples seeking fine art film photography and videography edited and delivered by an experienced team.

• Establish an elevated yet approachable brand and process, from initial inquiry to investment guides, ensuring clients enjoy a cohesive, on-brand experience at every interaction.

For Aubrey & Brandon’s logo, I wanted to portray the fine art aesthetic with a more feminine A intertwined with a more masculine B. By seamlessly joining the two letters together through some customizations, we were able to symbolize the hybrid wedding experience Aubrey & Brandon deliver together when couples hire them as a photo + video team.

Website Template Customization

For Aubrey & Brandon’s website we started with a Showit Tonic template and completely customized it from top to bottom to fit their new brand. From multiple wedding gallery features, to seamlessly incorporating Brandon’s videography onto the site, to a comprehensive wedding planner’s page, to full-page individual wedding features so potential clients can scroll through an entire wedding gallery (many of which were featured in publications like BRIDES and Style Me Pretty)- no detail went untouched. The result is an elevated brand and polished website that will grow and expand with Aubrey’s vision as her vision and business continue to evolve.
