This is the third look in my 5 days of summer series. It’s a dressier look for me and is something I would wear to work at the boutique or out for the night. I love the grungy detailing on the jeans and boots which makes me feel like I am mixing in just enough of my personal style to still feel like me. Lately, I have loved adding some floral pieces to my wardrobe for summer. It’s been much easier to invest in a few pieces that work for summer and that can transition over to fall and spring rather than buying a whole new wardrobe for this summer. When one lives in Minnesota, it is a challenge to keep a budget and look fashionable for all four seasons. I decided to layer this amazing Ascot and Hart kimono over my favorite free people zip moto jeans, a tiered black tank from Francesca’s boutique and finished it off with the Cliff Warby Parker sunnies and Aldo booties.
