Blogging is definitely going to take a back seat these next couple of months because I made a classic rookie mistake and took on too many projects to remain sane. So here is an incredibly quick update for you because I have a commission deadline tonight. I’ll try to fill in the missing parts later…and by later I mean next year.
::1:: Some illustrating essentials. glitter/paint brushes/drawing pencils/a print to be glittered/a work in process/micron drawing pens/eraser pouch/twine
::2:: At the library being a nanny. Oh how I dream to be a full time illustrator… (looking tired as usual. I probably just pulled close to an all-nighter drawing)
::3:: New greeting cards in the shop. See them here.
::4:: Jewels I’m drawing for a collaboration with Mindy Mae’s Market. This necklace can be purchased here.
::5:: Selecting the next notecard set. Thank you to all of my Instagram friends who weighed in on the tough decision!!
::6:: Two looks for Parc Boutique. I’m so obsessed with the shop. I may or may not have snuck my best friend and myself into this drawing. By the way, I think this is as close as I will get to drawing myself accurately. I finally have accepted the fact that my hair is crazy.
::7:: This weekend my feather drawing was beautifully tattooed on a gal I’m collaborating with. I am honored to say the least!! How fun?!
I will be MIA for the rest of this month at least. I’m working on getting ready for my RAW show on October 24th. My next round of gals is going into the shop. I have a couple of big deadlines coming up including the Minnesota Twins Christmas card. I have one big project in process that is launching very soon. In the mean time if you want to see what I’m up to you can always follow me on Instagram @queenikathleeni or like my Facebook page.
Thanks for stopping by!
